How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

With my health I deal with Fibromyalgia I’m determined to loose weight it’s hard for me to use a treadmill and I’m low on funds so can’t afford the peloton I hope I win it. I do two excercise a day and my doctor also recommended that I use a exercise bike instead of the treadmill. Even dealing with all this pain I still push myself. I want to be hot girl summer lol

I don’t have fibromyalgia but I do have systemic lupus, so I right their with you on keeping pushing through no matter what. You got this!! Keep up that positive vibe:)
