How is everyone doing? What is your strategy for weight loss? Are you losing consistently or struggling? I haven’t done a long bet in a long time. So far so good. I’m sticking to my eating plan and tracking it all and have been walking a lot. Also joined step bet to keep myself moving more.

I've been fairly consistent, but I'm just managing to lose enough for the weigh in. I'd like to step it up a bit. I do a 20 min strength training exercise every day, eat better and log my food... I also try to go out for an hour walk, but the weather hasn't been very good lately. House renovations have also helped! Painting is more of a workout than I remember. Lol.

I find Runbet more motivating. For StepBet I found myself frantically pacing in the living room at 1150pm to get my steps in, whereas Runbet I know I have to do a continuous workout, even if it's a fast walk.
