  • So frustrating. Why in a matter of days I'm up 3 lbs. I just had to lay off 7 people at work. Stress is making me not hungry but then when I do eat it's not the smartest choices. Pizza at my parents house ( 2 slices), over ate on nacho night and my late night cravings has been getting to me. But here's the thing. Dietbet keeps me accountable and helps me focus on my health goals! If not for me, I try my hardest for my son who's 9 and I'm 44. Need to keep up with him!!!

Pizza has such long comfortable arms to wrap ourselves up in for sure! We have been doing mini roasted vegetable pizzas once a week with a super thin crust so you can still have some and not have it destroy your plan. I usually supplement with a salad and protein and can still feel good about it.
