Stress eating is such a difficult thing. I've slooooowwwwwwllllllyyyyyyyyy managed to change over my stress relief more into working out and less into food, but there are some days that only ice cream will help! And I think that's ok. Sometimes it helps to say out loud "I'm not hungry, I'm eating this because I'm stressed." Like, somehow recognizing what's happening helps me get back into the moment and think through what I'm doing and consciously look for other ways to deal with my feelings. Hang in there and lean on us for support. We are here for you!!!!
