Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

OH Man I got 13 days to turn my stuff around. I gained some and now this round to make goal i need to lose 13.7lbs. These past three days I have really been trying... it is hard sometimes because the voices in my head are like"I want to eat". But I am resisting the urge. Need to get back on track.

Stay with it. I hear that same voice but it is probably something else we need other than food. It is such an easy thing to reach for something we don’t really need. I succumb too often.
