For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Day 1 went great. No sugar, exercised, drank more water than normal. I figure I will start with 3 goals for the first month, then add a new goal each month after, taking it step by step. Hopefully this helps me be more successful than trying to make huge changes from day 1.
May goals:
1) No sugar,
2) drink 64 fl oz or more of water each day, and
3) Exercise at least 4 times a week.

Great work! Try not to set super restrictive goals that will be hard to maintain for an extended period of time (or a lifetime!) I know from experience that success is very short-lived if you don't plan to make goals that you can stick to for the long haul. The 3 goals you have are great and will be more than enough to lose weight, so try not to overwhelm yourself. Good luck!
