In a normal world, sans covid-19, I suffer from depression and anxiety. During all of this, I also live alone for the first time in my life, and despite doing what I can to help, sometimes it hits hard. Yesterday it did and I called off work (today I did as well). The extreme exhaustion is difficult to fight. I started off yesterday well with a healthy breakfast, but then I ordered pizza and stuffed cheese bread...to which I proceeded to eat all of through the afternoon and evening. I told my best friend, who said the best thing, that I don’t have to let it derail my goals, and I can start over tomorrow (today). So even though my depression is still bad, I started today healthy and with lots of water. I also plan to run today. I can do this.

Please take good care of yourself. We’ll help you but put your health first. You can achieve both goals by sports without stress like walking in the park and by eating whole food. No take away. Anyway be kind to yourself. Take care of your health and your job. Don’t think about things that maken you sad or stressed. Focus on happy clear things like looking at kittens on internet, planting a seed or looking at comics. We love community on Netflix. It’s crazy.
