How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Does anyone motivate yourself by giving yourself a goal gift? I’m going to buy a new bra for myself when I lose 10 pounds😁

I have before but I don’t have something in mind for this challenge. But now that you mention it, I’ll start thinking of one!

I bought really expensive cute tennis shoes about a month ago, and I figured why not save them for when I hit my first milestone? Plus my ankles are too thick right now and started stretching out the ones I wear now, so I dont want to mess my new ones up!
