For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Curious what everyone is doing for exercise? Currently I’m using both the NTC and FitOn apps for my daily workouts.

I’m using an app called Fit Radio. It has the most amazing music and mixes, you literally feel like you’re in a club. I also use the coach feature on the app where different coaches will lead you through a variety of workouts. I highly recommend!

I just got a treadmill for quarantine so going for at least a 30 min jog plus doing the Orangetheory at home workouts or one of my OTF trainers IG live workouts after my jog 5x a week...sometimes when the weather is esp nice I’ll go for an outdoor jog
