How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I have fallen off the wagon and the wagon has gone so far that I can't see it anymore :( I'm definitely not going to make the round 3 goal. I know today is a new day and I can continue making progress from today on, but I'm frustrated with myself for letting my emotions get the better of me. As quarantine continues, it's getting harder to battle anxiety and depression. Going to do the best I can for the remainder of this round. Encouragement is welcome :)

I am in the same boat. I'm battling just to maintain everyday function, at times. I immediately gained weight after the initial weigh-in and so my overall weight-loss challenge was even greater and I got discouraged. I honestly don't think it is possible to catch-up on the next two rounds, with my history of painfully slow weight-loss, despite trying *so hard.* So... I am just focusing on making the final round. I think I can still do that. Find something you think you can do and focus on that. One day at a time! We are all here with you. :)

Step by step. Try to move every day. Moving your body means moving your brain and soul. It will help you to get past the negative emotions. Try to focus on the positive things. For me the semi lockdown in our country gave me more rest. Family at home. More focus to the people that matter the most to me.
