How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi everyone :) can you tell me what you tell yourself when you don’t want to snack (but you think you do?) trying to keep things in my back pocket! Thanks! :)

I ask myself if I would eat a serving of a plain vegetable like broccoli, cauliflower, or green beans. If I would then I go ahead and eat some veggies or do a warmed up mug of chicken broth. If it is just a craving for something and you wouldn’t eat a plate of veggies then find an activity like walking or a bubble bath to occupy some time until the snack attack passes.

Sometimes I tell myself that I’m really just thirsty! Cold ice-water helps deter me from a bad snack
