Hi everyone! Excited to do another DietBet! It has been a few months for me. I was would love to hear some game plans and what you guys are hoping to accomplish!

I want to cook more at home and to do one hour of exercise every day, whether that be just walking, running, walking my dog, riding my elliptical. Whatever it may be! So I’m going through some cookbooks tonight!

I'm new to DietBet but not new to weight loss or weight gain for that matter :sweat_smile:. My plan is to eliminate sugar, increase water, replace one meal with a protein drink and be super aware of what I eat. Next it will be adding exercise.
