How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • How is the water challenging going for you?

Here's a great reason to drink plenty of water: Drinking enough water is essential for burning off fat from food and drink, as well as stored fat.

However, if you're not used to being well hydrated you'll probably be visiting the restroom a little bit more over the next few days. But, you'll just get more steps in!

Here's an interesting article I found it you have a minute! https://www.outsideonline.com/2377851/water-gallon-challenge-month

Many of you have already set a personal daily water goal for yourselves, how many ounces a day are you aiming for? And how do you track your intake?
