I've been doing Keto for about 6 weeks now. My clothes are looser. If I ever poop again, I may lose weight.

Haha! Total keto problem. Have you tried psyllium husk powder or glucommanan powder? They work great for me when I’m doing low carb.

I’m not familiar with keto honestly but are you able to take a fiber supplement? That may help... move things out of your body haha
