For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Decided to listen to my body and call it at 22 miles. I could have walked the last 4.2, but that wasn't the point. Had a great day and way over 40k steps today. With a 20 minute/mile pace for the first 7 (hiking with my girlfriend), I crushed the next 15 miles! I averaged an 11:30 over 15 miles!

    I am 10# lighter right now than I was when I weighed in a week ago. That means I need to hydrate and eat a great lunch and dinner. I would say I am about 5# down since this diet bet began. I have run roughly 40 miles this week

    I start work travel next week, and that may slow me down, but no one can say I'm not hustling

Desirae.... Exactly! Normally I would have pushed through and been wrecked the next day. I woke up and felt great, and had a blast yesterday
