For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Tomorrow I start a weeklong work trip. I will be working long days and driving over 2400 miles over the course of the week. In order to start safe and healthy, I am driving (instead of flying)

Driving is also allowing my to bring a cooler! I have Fresh and Dried Fruit, Nuts, Snackable Veggies (tomatoes, carrots, avocado), plenty of water and some homemade granola bars. I am even bringing my Yoga Mat and foam roller!

WHEN YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK. WHAT DO YOU PREP/PLAN TO STAY ON TRACK WITH DIET AND EXERCISE?

Make sure to stay at hotels with a gym! :) Bonus points for a kitchenette so I don't have to eat out.
