For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scaleโ€™s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Combination of intermittent fasting, mild keto (not strictly following a diet plan but being mindful and eating lots of fats - mostly avocado ๐Ÿ˜‹), 5-6 days a week of 30ish mins of exercise, and almost daily 1h morning walks with my kids before I eat breakfast... Sounds like a lot but it doesn't actually feel like it! I'm enjoying this new lifestyle AND I'm enjoying the compliments about my changing body from my husband! ๐Ÿ˜€

What are you guys doing to shed the weight and make yourselves PROUD? How do you feel about your first month's progress?? ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ‘

I also do intermittent fasting and 5 workouts a week together with my boyfriend :sweat_smile:
And I am really proud that I follow the workout schedule for 12 weeks now! I canโ€™t remember a time, where I exercised so much :joy:

Iโ€™m a calorie counter and love walking my dogs in the evenings. I also like pretending to be a weekend warrior by hiking trails. Makes me feel good that I am able to walk up and down the mountain trails:blush:
