How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Really impressed by everyone’s dedication to exercise! I’ve been doing 30 minute exercises and only recently started 2 hour bike rides or other long stretches. Any tips for dealing with the increased hunger that comes with increased exercise without going over the same calorie budget?

It's OKAY to eat back some of your exercise calories. If you're ALREADY eating at a deficit, then increase physical activity, you're just making your deficit bigger. And if you exceed TOO MUCH of a deficit, you're basically just starting to cause your bodies RMR to slow down much faster...............and still be hungry! So for instance, if you're already in say a 500 calorie deficit for the day and you burn another 500 on top of that with exercise, eat back 250 calories. You'll STILL be in a 750 calorie defict overall.

Thanks Jose!
