How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Let's talk about support systems!
1. Do you have an accountability buddy? (And not DietBet, an actual person who helps hold you accountable for your goals

2. If you have a partner/significant other etc, do they support your health and fitness goals? If so how? ACTIVELY (planning healthy meals with you. Working out with you, avoiding any triggers you may have. PASSIVELY (not stopping you or being counter productive to you goals)

3. How are you using your DietBet teammates (and the app)?

For me
1. I do not have an accountability buddy. I tend to be compulsive and highly competitive, so I avoid "bugging oters". I feel like I push myself a lot already!

2. My partner switches between passive support and being count productive. She is not happy with her health, but is unwilling to do anything about it. I run in the mornings to get my workout in before she wakes up. We plan meals together (mostly me), but that's about where it goes. She does not have a competitive bone in her body, so I haven't told her I am on DietBet again. I don't want her to feel bad that I am losing weight and she isn't trying.

3. I love the app and the people I connect with keep me motivated. Some games have more participation (which I like), sometimes, I feel like I am one of the few who posts. I have found that the mo re e involved I am on the app, the more consistent I am with my workouts and food consumption

No accountability person currently. Working from home has kind of isolated me

I have a could accountability buddies ... a coworker, and my sister. My coworker is constantly trying to get me to work out, which is good, but also makes me feel guilty when I don't do it, lol. My sister is getting married in October, and as I'm a bridesmaid, we're keeping each other accountable for both nutrition and exercise, so we look a bit better in our dresses.
My husband doesn't really help me with any of this, which makes it hard. He DOES try to get his fast food fixes while at work instead of bringing it home though, which does help ... i have very little self control.
I love when the games are more active and more people post. I've felt like I'm the only one posting in some games, and then others life gets so busy I find i don't get on here much. That's been me lately, but I'm going to try to get better. I truly appreciate and need all of you!
