How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I seem to have hit a plateau. Anyone out there have any advice that workes for you? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!😁

I’ve noticed my plateaus happen because of my cycle. I maintain the same calorie deficit and the weight is coming off but the hormonal changes cause me to hold water weight. When the plateau and hormonal changes end I get a bigger loss than usual because I had truely been losing all along. If you think this might be the case for you, just keep doing what you are doing and don’t get discouraged. (Easier said than done)

If your doing the same thing all the time, change it up! Try a new exercise or route outside!
