For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • JULY RECAP: WHAT DID YOU DO WELL? WHAT DID YOU MISS? WHERE ARE YOU ON YOUR GOALS?

    Hit 2 of my 3 goals for July. Due to some foot injuries, I didn't hit my run miles goal (115 miles), but I went 80 miles over on walking. And averaged 20k steps a day for my second month in a row.

    I miss a few stretch sessions and a few days of step count. What I did do is a 30 mile day and broke my single day step count record!

    Next month will be shooting for 75 running (faster avg pace), more consistent stretching, 21k steps per day no more than 2 days of missing step count!

I completed my 100th kickboxing class, sumitted a 14er, and I'm only a pound away from my goal for this round. :-)

Lost 8.2 lbs for the month. Happy with that! I logged my food every day. I have increased my running distance. (I've never been a runner, but am loving it now, and ran 2.5 miles without stopping for the first time ever. It's HUGE for me. I am shooting for a 5k by the end of August.) I started with a personal trainer the 13th and that's going really well. I'm crushing the goals she's giving me.
