For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Has anyone experienced the phenomenon of doing more exercise and gaining weight? I feel much more physically fit playing tennis for an hour almost every day but it looks like I have gained almost 2% (going the wrong direction for the bet). I wasn’t tracking as seriously so I will go back to that but it has been exhausting tracking everything I eat since Jan (I’ve been dieting since then). Thanks all!

I hear you. This round isn't going so well for me so far. I've been more diligent in drinking water, and doing exercise daily, but I think I'm going to have to go back to calorie counting. There are some calorie counting games starting Monday on WayBetter app.

Thanks all for the comraderie and great tips! I think one thing I’ve realized is that this journey may take longer than the bet and that is OK. Also I measured today and my inches are the same so maybe I gained muscle? Either way, I’m seeking to improve my figure and remain healthy so happy to just keep going and see improvements even if super slow
