For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Did you know that we officially as of today ONLY have 100 days left of 2020?

    So I’m determined to challenge myself to finish this year strong doing whatever it takes! Today I committed myself (again) to complete 100 workouts with mm100 and super trainer jerichomcmatthews

    Don’t worry, I’m still going to finish my last three days of 80 day obsession and 7 days of my jump rope challenge! I’m also starting mbf next!

    So now I turn to you and ask how will you challenge yourself to finish 2020 strong? What do you commit to for the next 100 days? Drink more water? Meditate daily? Sleep more?
