How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

- A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

←Back to All Activity- I am .2 away from round 6 goal. I am sure I will make goal and that gives me a wonderful sense of accomplishment. I don’t really see the 19 lb loss on my body but I feel it in my clothes and on the 2 mile walks with my neighbor’s dog. This has been a fun and informative group. Thank you all for the wonderful words of encouragement and sharing your journeys. It’s been a tough six months in so many ways, but coming out of it lighter has made a huge difference. Good luck to us all. I am on to my next transformer to work on the next 19.
