For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Just really ready to make a change, tired of being the fat friend and being limited to the activities I want to do like hiking and biking.

I have a hormone imbalance that can make weight loss very challenging. I never miss a workout day but sometimes my nutrition is lacking. I have to eat very clean to keep my hormones in check and sometimes I throw in the towel and just want to eat junk as I perceive that everyone else is doing. Dietbet has helped me to have a reason to stay focused in short term increments. I gained a lot of weight due to depression while my husband was deployed lost some of it then regained plus more during unsuccessful fertility treatments.
