For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hello Everyone! I believe this is my 6th Kickstarter! I did 3 last month and am doing another 2 right now. I want and need as much accountability as possible. I have lost almost 20lb so far since I started my little weight loss journey. I do have to add that I about 120lb overweight, so there is plenty to lose. I have been doing 18:6 IF and it has been really great. I am now going to do OMAD as much as I can because I have noticed that I feel most comfortable with it and even I can see changes on myself! I cant wait for this one to start!

Way to go! I’m in the same boat as you and I just found a meal plan that works for me! Read Eat to Live and watched some nutritarian YouTube videos and the last two weeks I’ve been on the diet, I haven’t thought about food every second of the day like I was before:)
