How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Where are my emotional eaters at? I've just made a decision that when I start feeling like eating something totally unnecessary because I'm actually just bored or lonely or whatever, I'm going to just text someone. Whoever, whatever. Living alone during covid, the trigger is usually loneliness so maybe reaching out to someone will help me ignore it. I'm posting this here mostly so I remember to actually do it tomorrow!

Good idea and good for you!! Hehe you can also randomly post on here when you feel like emotional eating... I’ve done that before because it brings me right back to my goals

Thanks everyone! I love how supportive everyone is in these groups! I did really well today, hope you all did too! I'm still not sure I'm going to make this round, but it's making me more determined to stay on track and make the next round for sure
