For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hi friends and happy Friday! I hope everyone is doing well so far! If you are new to our DietBet games then welcome! Every Friday I like to post a workout challenge for us to do over the weekend to keep our motivation up! Of course you have the chance to win Gift cards as well :) ! This weekend I would like for us all to complete at least 30-45 minutes of cardio on either Saturday or Sunday. If you have any injuries I would recommend walking or even swimming. Once you complete your cardio please post on this thread, the DietBet page, or the Facebook page. I will pick 2 winners on Monday morning 5/18 for a $10 Amazon Gift Card! We took long walks with our girls Saturday and Sunday. Then, we did yard work and you know that's a workout!
