Didn’t make this DietBet and I’m bummed. First bet I’ve lost and I can’t believe how it is affecting my emotions. I did lose 4 pounds this past month and I’m down almost 25 pounds since January 1 so trying to focus on that. I overindulged today because I was sad but I’ll be back at it tomorrow.
