  • Monday is ab day, so I met up with my bff Holly Dolke for her ab shredding workout. Ouch! She says if I do it every day this week, I'll have a flat stomach! I guess we'll give it a shot! I plan to keep up with arms and leg days this week with her as well! I also made time for a morning hike with the Coach and a post dinner trot, 1 mile in 12 minutes, no walking!

I got up and went for a walk before work at 4am!! It was only two miles but that's me crawling back up out of my hole
