  • Came in around 1300 calories yesterday. My aim is to stay between 1200-1500. What is everyone doing to lose? I’ll probably go back and forth between calorie counting and WW. They’re the only programs I’ve ever stuck to. Both allow me to incorporate a small treat or two into my day, without which I usually end up bingeing after a few days (hence the pictured double chocolate cookies).

    We’re using an Indian Restaurant gift card tonight my husband got for his birthday. The plan is to stick to Tandoori meats, chana and dal, and avoid my beloved tikka masala. Wish me luck!😊

Calorie counting doesn't work for me. Eating healthy and primary whole plant-based works a lot better. In my case
