How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Quiet group but I also tend to be a poor poster. I been working through a tough plateau as well. So even though I know I'm staying strong times like these are when I feel I have no progress to report. I know that isn't true but it can feel that way. Anyone else feel like certain weights are where your body keeps trying to force you too? Like even after you break a plateau one or two enjoyed days brings you right back to that plateau. Than you begin all over again? It's a mental struggle and can be tough.

Keep up the spirits...you will get throught this

I've been trying to figure out what worked to break my last few plateaus, and the only consistent thing I can find is change. I started fasting or low carb or more exercise or different exercise. Thankfully, the weight doesn't come back, but the loss stops till I figure out what to try next.
