For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Ugh. I went off my plan for a weekend and went right back to following it. The weight is STUCK. I have to lose 5 lbs in 12 days and I’m about to go out of town. Looks like I won’t make this round work :/

No reason you can't make some positive changes and make goal even if you are away. Power of positive thinking!

  • It's ok not to win the round, but you can still win the game! You won't lose your money and you would have lost 10% of your weight!

    I didn't make the first two rounds and had 9lbs to lose in one month. I almost gave up, but told myself hey, give it a REAL shot. So I cut out all sweets, went low carb 120-150g/day and semi low cal 1500cals/day, cardio 3xs and 1 strength training session/week. I have been doing it for 16 days and am down 6lbs. I feel like if I can do it, anyone can because I am a sweets fiend. What really helped me with the cravings though is high protein low carb donuts. I can eat two a day so I eat half of each between my meals. The donut is always the same, but the toppings vary so I feel like I'm eating all kinds of desserts.
