Only 17 days left. I allowed myself to celebrate making the last weigh in a little too much and have 5lbs to lose to get back to the right weight. Going to be a rough 3 weeks trying to get back on track. Good luck to you all trying to make the weigh in on target.

I am exercising regularly since about past one month....it is helping me in creating a buffer and avoid any sudden weight gain even after consuming a heavy carb meal once a day.....m really focussing on building a permanent routine that I can follow for rest of my life to keep away from regaining my lost weight...taking ample rest and focussing on positivity of thoughts for overall well being.....all the best to all of you

That's a good idea Meenakshi, too often in a diet we just think about the food we want to eat after the diet is over. But we need to think of a new way of living that we can continue. I'm closer to that now, but I will still keep logging my food for a year as I create these new habits.
