How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hey guys! I’m really struggling with drinking enough water.. I’m doing low carb and i find that I’m never really thirsty and I have to force myself to finish a bottle of water. My question is do you guys crave water? Or are you guys just forcing yourselves? What can I do to increase my water intake... thanks

I used to have trouble getting enough water too. They have apps where you can track your water intake and set up reminders throughout the day.

It’s half and half. Sometimes I’m thirsty, other times I realize I haven’t had much water and I make myself have a few sips now and again. Sometimes a bottle or large glass before a meal helps, too. Less hungry afterward.
I have an awesome bottle with ounces written on it so I can track.
Good question. Keep it up.
