How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Welcome everyone!!! Im super excited and happy to have you here in this group! For the next 4 weeks I will be sharing weekly and weekend challenges to help us all stay on track with our goals. If you complete these challenges you will be eligible to win extra prizes from me so keep your eyes out for them :) !     Now onto our first weekly challenge! Its seriously a favorite of mine and I plan to participate with you all as well! The weekly workout challenge! Please complete 4-5 workouts this week for at least 30-45 min for the chance to win a $10 Amazon gift card! You can literally do any workout you would like: power walking, running, workout class, swimming, at home workout Youtube videos (my favorites are Fitness Blender). The point is to get your body moving for at least 4-5 days this week. Once you finish a workout please post it here in this thread, the DietBet wall, or in our free Facebook accountability group. You can post a sweaty selfie, a screen shot of your fitness tracker, or a simple “I did ___ today”. Any of those work fine for me! I’ll go ahead and post the winners Monday morning 6/22. We got this team!! LETS GO !!!
