How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Those of you that use an iPhone watch, which do you prefer? They are so expensive which is why I have yet to get one. Are they really worth it for tracking nutrition and fitness?

I have an Apple Watch 3rd generation and love it. Fitbit Charge is awesome also. Compare the older Apple watches to the newer ones. There’s not much difference for the price.

I had a Fitbit for years and liked it. Got the Iwatch about 3 years ago and prefer it for functionality but it doesn’t track sleep and needs daily charging.
