Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hi Rockstars! I know so many of you have hit your goal weight and I am so proud of you. Now is the time to dig in and help your fellow Better’s out who are right there. I encourage all that have hit there goal weight to share your best tips and tricks with the group!

    For starters I am going to be sharing one my family's favorite- Pesto Spaghetti Squash. This dish is great with any protein of your choice.

    1 Large Spaghetti Squash.
    1 to 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
    1 Tbsp prepared pesto sauce.

    1. Place whole spaghetti squash in the microwave, cook on high for 3 minutes or until tender on both sides.
    2. Once sliced in half, use a fork to remove the seeds from the inside and discard.
    3. Place both halves of the squash in microwave, cook on high, for 6 to 8 minutes, or until you can easily remove spaghetti strands with a fork. Place in large bowl.
    4. Combine lemon juice and pesto sauce in small bowl; whisk to blend. Pour over cook spaghetti squash.
    5. Evenly divide spaghetti squash between four serving bowls.
