Don’t like to “exercise” because it hurts my knees to bend etc but U do enjoy walking and just finished my 3 mile walk for today—only 2 more to go !

I've found walking and doing exercises on grass rather than on concrete and paths helps when my knees are causing me pain. Hopefully routes you plan can be as grassy as possible so you achieve your goals! Xx
