Done well the past couple of days. Trying a fast today and not a huge fan. Going to avoid this in the future and just exercise a whole hell of a lot more. Waiting for the sun to start setting before a bike ride and workout. Pretty hot and humid up here in the North, eh!!!

hi scott! fasting is for sure not for everyone, but it’s awesome you gave it a go! i have a couple tips that helped me if you ever wanted to give it another go. i do two 24 hour fasts a week, i eat lunch one day and don’t eat again until lunch the next day. for me it’s a lot easier to start after lunch time because by that time i’ve already have had two meals. trust me, it took me some time to get used to it, especially when 7PM rolled around and my house started to smell like delicious food. i also use these days as “active rest” days so i just do 30 mins of walking instead of my normal workout. so yeah those are my two tips that have worked for me if you ever wanted to try them out! :)
