How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Also just an update... I’m down -1.8 overnight lol. After a weekend of pizza and alcohol (in moderation) I was up 4 “pounds”... I got RIGHT BACK to my normal routine and guess what? ITS ALL OKAY! Please remember one meal / a few days out of the norm will not ruin your progress. DWELLING AND BEATING YOURSELF UP will hold you back more than anything you ate. If your driving and you get a flat tire... you don’t slash your other 3 tires and just sit there and sulk. You fix the damn tire and keep driving to where you wanna go.

I heard the tire metaphor in a WW meeting once, years ago. It has really stuck with me. (I don’t follow it 100%, but I wish I did!)

Yes, thank you for posting! I need to remember that a treat every so often or a day out does not ruin what work I have put in. I forget that when I let myself take part in those treats or days out.

When I begin to feel guilty, I have been reminding myself of all the good days I’ve been having! Still working on changing my mindset!
