How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Am I the only one not losing? This is the most I’ve tracked and exercised in a long time and I haven’t lost anything. It’s very discouraging. Maybe I’m just thinking about it too much? 😭 WW’s has worked for me in the past so I’m not sure what’s going on.

Make sure you're including some weight resistance. Watch the salt and water intake and don't weigh too often. If you recently increased your exercise,
that could be why too- happens to me every time I exercise more...takes like a full week or two to start seeing scale
Movement BUT track other ways like measuring. Your body's probably changing.

I haven’t lost anything yet, my weight keeps fluctuating 2 pounds up and down from my starting weight. I have been weighing, measuring, and tracking all my food and eating within my daily points allowance. I have increased my water, drinking at least half my body weight in ounces everyday, and started exercising. I’m lifting weights 3 days, and doing walk/run intervals 3 days. My muscles are pretty sore, especially since I was completely inactive before, so I’m telling myself that maybe they’re retaining water. I’m working on noticing and celebrating the other positive changes that I’m seeing, and letting go of the numbers on the scale being the end all be all of feedback. It’s hard, but I’m telling myself that I’m doing this for my health and I want to maintain a healthier lifestyle. I’m hoping that if I stay consistent, that the scale will catch up in the end!
