  • I love my boyfriend. He is the sweetest man I've ever known. Bless his heart, he surprised me with Papa John's pizza last night lol I had salads planned for us but as I headed to the kitchen to start cooking the chicken he said "Babe, come sit with me and relax. I already took care of dinner."

    Now, he knows how important it is for me to lose the weight even though he says I'm perfect (insert eye roll at "perfect") and would never try to sabotage me. But he says once in a while I need to relax and just enjoy not cooking. And he is right.

    I ate pizza with pepperoni, sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms, grilled chicken, and delicious full fat cheese, I had a couple garlic knots, and I didn't even try to track it lol and I'm not mad or upset about it.

    I'm sure I'm up today probably from the salt and carbs but I KNOW that will all drop off in a couple days because I've got some awesome low point food planned for this week including a McDonald's remake for tonight as well as a lot of sweat with my name on it coming out this week. Lots of water, lots of fruit. This is how I've been able to keep over 165lbs OFF for 2 years now.

    I love this man and I love the support he gives me not just for wanting to lose more weight but for mental health and self love. Y'all mark my words, we've only been together a year and a half but I'm going to marry him one day.
