    LAST WEEK! How is everyone feeling? Regardless of where you are I want you to treat this week just like the first week! If you do ANYTHING, STAY CONSISTENT this week! Drink your water, move your body, stick to your meals. YOU are the only one in your way. Self doubt is the biggest thing that causes us to quit. No one else but ourselves. Speak to yourself like you would speak to your friend. Would you tell your friend to just give up?! Or would you tell them to do their best and keep pushing? I post this photo in every DietBet because it is so powerful. Come out of this last week knowing that you put the effort in, regardless if you hit that 4% or not.

I struggled over the weekend when my grandma passed but I am back on track! You taught me to not quit and just pick up and keep going even when you slip.
