Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • It's time for the 2nd Challenge: The Fitness Challenge

    The challenge: Get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day, 5 days this week. You can do anything you want, as long as you're moving........ You can break it up into segments if you need to.

    **At the end of the week I will ask you to comment under a post I will have pinned at the top of the game page. You will need to click on (comment) below that post and report in there.
