I do better (assuming those is about wanting some yummy food) when I tell myself you can eat whatever you want. You are choosing to eat a smaller portion and savor it or another food but it is always my choice! New healthy habits are hard to create! It gets easier with practice!

The more you say it the better you get at it, but even better is to choose something else instead. Sometimes just drinking a glass of water will make the "no, not that" easier! I find a glass of V8 juice works great to kill my appetite when I'm craving something.
