I'm 2.6 pounds away from goal. Ugh. I started so strong. Any ideas suggestions to drop that amount in our last 6 days? I've upped my exercise time and intensity already. Calories are at maximum of 1500. No junk. HELP!!

Intermittent fasting works for me too!! Added exercise or working in the yard helps too! You can do it!!

IF like the others have said, and also making sure to get in as much water as you can. Half your body weight in ounces is what some recommend! (Minimum of 64oz)
