How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Artichokes in water have very few calories and lots of fiber. I love adding them to my salads along with canned black beans and loads of fresh veggies. Makes a very filling and delicious salad!

These look great! I’ll have to look for them!

Beth

I got these at Sam's Club, but they don't carry them anymore in our area. All of our grocery stores carry them (canned, not bottled). Just look for the ones that are in water not oil.
