For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Talk about timing. A weigh-in right after thanksgiving! And the next one right after Christmas! Yeesh!

Well i made it. I was surely cutting it close. And as a side bonus, with the combination of dietbets and workout bets, I am the most fit I have been in 20 years. Possibly ever. So I am feeling pretty decent right now.

If I make the next weight I will weigh just a couple pounds more than I did when I was 20 years old but with more muscle. It has been a lot of hard work and dedication. The trick will be if I can keep the fat off and the muscle on moving forward.

Congratulations!!! This morning I weighed in with a BMI of 24.9. Normal range???!!!! OMG!!! I, too, am wondering how to maintain the weight loss and fitness after my last Transformer ends. Last year I reached a weight I was satisfied with, only to pu on another 22 pounds. But this low carb diet is really tough to stick with. I’ll still be doing StepBets, DietBet Maintainers and WayBetter games so hopefully that will help keep me on track.
