How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • When it comes to sweets and treats, do you cut back or cut out when you are actively trying to lose weight? For some, it's easier not to take the first bite, for others, they are able to satisfy their sweet tooth with small amounts of treats, like a square of dark chocolate. Which side do you fall on, what strategy helps keep you on a healthier path?

I have to cut it out completely until I can manage the cravings... once I start I go crazy

Cut out completely at first. But then I would overeat when I had some. Now maybe once a week or once every two weeks I’ll have a small treat and I’m satisfied for the rest of the week.
